Please be patient with us as we transition management duties to PMI Birmingham Region.
All Invoices and Payments are currently ON HOLD while we reconcile accounts. Transition is expected to be completed by late April - early May 2026.
After the transition is complete, homeowners will receive welcome letters with information regarding their accounts, how payment can be made, and how to reach PMI Birmingham Region.
Our next HOA meeting will be scheduled for June 2026.
HOA Dues are due annually on JUNE 1
HOA Dues are late as of July 1 and will incur an 18% late fee for a total. Please contact the Board to make payment arrangements IMMEDIATELY.
